Content Creator/Videography

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content during games, practices, and team events.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Assist with player features, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and team storytelling.
• Edit videos and graphics for timely publication across league and team channels.
• Collaborate with team staff and the CCL media department to execute content strategies.
• Maintain consistent content output throughout the summer season.
• Assist with live game coverage, social media updates, and promotional campaigns as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with photography, videography, or content creation (professional or personal projects welcome).
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of social media trends and short-form content strategies.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Knowledge of baseball and sports culture preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game schedules throughout the summer.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports media, broadcasting, marketing, or digital content production.
