We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Data Specialist to support digital content operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that product information, content, and digital assets are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained across internal systems.

What You'll Do
- Enter, update, and format content including text, images, and metadata across internal systems
- Maintain and manage product and content data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Review and validate content for completeness, grammar, and formatting standards
- Support content publishing workflows within CMS and related platforms
- Audit and clean data, removing outdated or duplicate entries
- Track updates, document changes, and report any inconsistencies or issues
What You Bring - Experience in data entry, content operations, or digital content support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow established guidelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Nice to Have - Experience working with content management systems (CMS) or product data platforms
- Familiarity with project or ticketing tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exposure to e-commerce or product content environments
