JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for shaping engaging, member-facing content across interactive digital experiences, including games, polls, trivia, and other in-product experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX writing and content design expertise with creative content ideation, crafting clear, on-brand messaging that drives member engagement while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Write and structure in-product copy, including headlines, prompts, microcopy, CTAs, and results screens.

• Develop engaging content concepts, themes, and interactive formats that resonate with members
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure content and interactions work seamlessly together.
• Maintain consistency with established brand voice and content standards across experiences.
• Refine messaging and content direction using engagement data and performance insights.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in UX writing and content design with a portfolio of in-product content

• Proven ability to write concise, engaging, and on-brand microcopy for interactive experiences.
• Experience developing content strategies and pitching creative content ideas. Strong collaboration skills working with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and content systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content drafting and ideation.

Industry:
Consumer Apps, Digital Experiences, Gamification, Interactive Content (Fintech experience is a plus).
