Position Overview
The Content Developer 2 - Instructional Design / Multimedia Training is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and delivering audiovisual and text-based online instructional content that supports employee learning, technical proficiency, and job performance.
This position combines instructional content development with professional multimedia production.
The Content Developer will independently plan and conduct field media-collection activities, including photography, videography, audio recording, and potentially 3D scanning at commercial and industrial facilities.
The successful candidate will then organize, edit, and integrate collected media with technical procedures, SME knowledge, and existing training materials to create professional step-by-step instructional modules using approved software platforms and established standards.
This role requires an individual who is equally comfortable working behind a computer editing content and working in the field with cameras, microphones, PPE, technical personnel, and industrial equipment.
