Required Skills & Qualifications

• Content or knowledge base writing experience.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interacts efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven work environment.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills, where no communication leaves ambiguity for the recipient.
• Prior work experience at Client or in Client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with global and virtual teams.
• Adaptive to changing technologies, processes, and environments.
• Project management experience a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support both projects and business update requests to ensure that procedures remain relevant and accurate.
• Ensure updates are valid, procedures are clear and meet style requirements, and there is no conflicting information or unnecessary duplication of content.
• Work with the project team to understand the impacts to procedures, identify procedures needing to be created, updated, or removed, and track and report on progress.
