Client is seeking a Senior Content Editor to support the transformation of ourHR content portfolio into a new content management platform, enabling the delivery of seamless, AI-augmented employee experiences. The organization provides employee services, benefits, and technology for a global workforce of over 1M people. Within this organization, Content Services supports the creation, publication, translation, and maintenance of HR content and communications, controlling for freshness, accuracy, relevancy, accessibility, and compliance. To deliver on this mission, we centrally manage the authoring of employment content and policies on behalf of cross-functional content owning teams. In this temporary role, you will prepare the employee-facing content and content for our HR teams for content readiness and transformation from our existing content management system to our new system. We will be migrating 65k pieces of content and transforming it as part of a multi-plan to move to the new system. You will respond to customer requests to create and update content in either system as we transition content by topic, aligning process and policy changes within defined SLAs and delivery timelines. Collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners, you will strategize and execute content migration from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Leveraging your expertise, you will play a key role in transforming long-form content into metadata-rich, reusable fragments, aligning with new content needs, channels, and audiences, including our AI tools. The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and technical aptitude. Proven expertise with content optimization for AI ingestion is required. Excellent judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are essential. Willingness to learn fast, and curiosity about how things work is crucial. Proficiency in one or more content management system is essential.
