Responsibilities
Summary: The Content Manager, Brand Communications is responsible for developing and executing content that strengthens Trident Seafoods' brand, supports strategic business priorities, and advances the company's reputation across internal and external audiences. This role serves as both a strategist and hands-on content creator, producing clear, compelling, audience-appropriate communications that reflect Trident's voice, values, and business objectives.
The position partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify storytelling opportunities, translate complex topics into meaningful content, and align communications efforts to broader enterprise priorities. The role supports a wide range of content needs, including corporate storytelling, reputation-focused communications, recruiting and workforce campaigns, independent fishermen engagement, Alaska reputation efforts, and select customer- and product-adjacent brand content.
This role requires strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment; fluency across digital and internal channels; and a practical understanding of how evolving AI-driven search and answer experiences are changing content discoverability. The position reports to the VP of Global Marketing & Communications and works closely with brand, social media, website, creative, and product marketing partners to ensure content is delivered to the right audiences in the right format and through the right channels.

Work Environment:
This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
Work Ability Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for long periods and often sit at a desk in an office environment.

Pay Range
USD $100,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
