About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Marketer to own the words that move buyers. You will write acrossthe funnel, from SEO blog posts that pull in demand to sales enablement assets that help close it. This is a hands-on writing role on a small marketing team, which means you will ship a lot, ownyour outcomes, and see your work show up in the pipeline.

You will work closely with the marketing lead to turn technical capability into content that securitydirectors, CXOs, and asset managers actually want to read.

What You'll Do

• Own the content calendar across blog, LinkedIn, email, and web.
• Write SEO-driven blog posts and landing pages that rank and convert.
• Build sales enablement assets: one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and outbound sequences.
• Build case studies and turn them into compelling ones with real numbers.
• Write and edit LinkedIn content for the company page and executive team.
• Develop vertical-specific messaging for multifamily, hospitality, student housing, and automotive.
• Track content performance and use what you learn to decide what to write next.

What We're Looking For

• 4\u20135 years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A strong portfolio of published work that you wrote yourself.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content drives the pipeline.
• Ability to collaborate with the sales and product teams to source material.
• Self-direction. You can take a rough brief and return a finished asset.
• Excellent written English with a plain, direct style.
• Write deep content without much use of AI tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing to real estate, security, facilities, or operations buyers.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Ahrefs, Semrush, or any other relevant AI tools.
• Video scripting or basic design skills.
• Experience at an early-stage startup where you built things from scratch.
