What You'll Do
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create and manage content including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, case studies, social media content, videos, and marketing collateral
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, GEO, and paid advertising channels
• Manage editorial calendars and content distribution strategies
• Optimize website and digital content for search performance and AI discoverability
• Support lead generation initiatives through conversion-focused marketing campaigns
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to improve content development and workflow efficiency
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Analyze engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI metrics
• Stay current on marketing trends, AI developments, and emerging digital opportunities
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, or a related role
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms within marketing workflows
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility strategies
• Experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
• Background in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
• Understanding of AI search trends, conversational search optimization, and emerging marketing technologies
