A client with Kforce is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their team in New York, NY.
Summary:
The client is looking for an experienced, highly organized Content Marketing lead to join the B2B Marketing team on a contract basis through January 2027. This person will help ensure Tubi's value for advertisers is consistently communicated across our owned channels, sales touchpoints and promotional moments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution: developing content plans for major business initiatives, turning research and insights into compelling advertiser-facing stories, managing Tubi's B2B owned-and-operated channels, and shepherding deliverables from brief through launch. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and editor, a strong project manager, and a confident cross-functional partner who can bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do:
- Own B2B owned-channel content
- Manage Tubi's B2B owned-and-operated content channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn and our CRM email campaigns
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar tied to business priorities, tentpoles, sales needs, and audience moments
- Develop channel strategies, content briefs, copy, messaging, and publishing plans that make Tubi's advertiser value clear, distinctive, and actionable
- Repurpose major research, campaign, product, programming, and event moments into an integrated set of content across owned channels
- Establish an efficient review and approval process across Marketing, Sales, Communications, Research & Insights, Comms and other stakeholders
- Monitor performance and use engagement, audience, and business signals to refine the content strategy over the course of the contract
- Develop content strategies for key initiatives and tentpoles
- Partner with Research & Insights, Ad Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Vertical Case Studies
Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
