Content Moderator

This is a remote position.

We are looking for independent Content Moderators who want real earning potential and full flexibility.

- Handle written conversations for our creators on various platforms

- Build strong customer relationships through authentic communication

- Identify and close upselling opportunities

- Maintain a professional and engaging communication style

- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM

- Collaborate with the team to improve performance

Requirements

Must-haves

- Fluent English

- Stable internet connection

- High empathy and strong interpersonal skills

- Self-disciplined and reliable

- Comfortable working with 18+ content

- Able to work independently remotely

Preferred

- Experience in customer support, live chat, sales or copywriting

- Additional languages (especially German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch)

- CRM experience

- Leadership experience (we support people who want to build teams)
