  2. Automation & Scripting – Experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages to support automated testing, validation workflows, and repeatable quality processes.
  3. Microsoft 365 & AI Content Evaluation – Experience testing Microsoft 365 applications or similar productivity platforms, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, usability, formatting, accessibility, and customer experience.
  4. Quality Reporting & Communication – Demonstrated ability to analyze testing results, communicate findings to stakeholders, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve content quality.

Opportunity Overview:

Help define the future of AI-powered productivity by ensuring the quality of Microsoft 365 and Copilot content experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work with emerging generative AI technologies while influencing content quality across products used by millions of people every day. You'll collaborate with content creators, designers, engineers, and AI stakeholders to improve customer experiences through thoughtful testing, evaluation, and continuous quality improvements.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for templates, prompt templates, AI-generated content, and Microsoft 365 experiences.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Create, and Copilot experiences.
  • Validate functionality, usability, accessibility, design fidelity, formatting, and content quality.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content against quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess content accuracy, relevance, usability, customer experience, and overall effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain test scripts, validation frameworks, test cases, and execution documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve automation opportunities and testing efficiency.
  • Analyze testing results and communicate findings through clear reports and recommendations.
  • Identify recurring quality trends and help improve content production processes.

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in QA, content testing, usability testing, or quality assurance.
  • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test reporting documentation.
  • Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and productivity workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize testing data into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with automation frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating AI-generated or generative AI content is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with design principles, content quality standards, accessibility, and user experience is a plus.

Successful candidates bring a strong combination of structured QA expertise and a passion for content quality. They have demonstrated experience creating repeatable testing strategies, communicating quality insights clearly, and using scripting or automation to improve testing efficiency.
