Position Overview:The Content Specialist serves as the curriculum and inclusion lead for the COMPASS Elementary Program. This role ensures that program activities are developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, inclusive, and aligned with DYCD standards. The Content Specialist supports staff in delivering high-quality enrichment programming, adapts curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners, and collaborates with community partners to enhance program offerings.
