Following a shift in our content approach, we are seeking a Consumer Marketing Content Strategist to bring greater rigor, cohesion, and sophistication to our storytelling. This is a strategic role focused on shaping narratives, not just producing them, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a refined, consistent, and elevated brand voice.

What Youll Do
Define the Narrative
- Develop a holistic content strategy that articulates our brand vision, product ecosystem, and value proposition
- Create messaging frameworks that unify product launches, campaigns, and always-on marketing
- Translate advanced smart home technology into clear, compelling, and aspirational storytelling
Elevate Brand Voice & Consistency
- Establish and maintain a premium, distinctive brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
- Ensure consistency across digital platforms, retail environments, packaging, and owned channels
- Bring clarity and cohesion to messaging across an expanding ecosystem of connected products
Guide Content Excellence
- Set the standard for high-quality content, conceptually and editorially
- Write and refine key strategic assets (campaign concepts, headlines, product narratives)
- Provide direction to cross-functional teams, agencies, and creative partners to ensure alignment and quality
Orchestrate Cross-Channel Experience
- Ensure messaging is seamlessly integrated across web, e-commerce, social, email, and in-home experiences
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, UX, design, and performance teams to optimize storytelling for impact and conversion
- Shape content that supports both discovery and decision-making in a premium purchase journey
Leverage Insight & Foresight
