Content Strategist

THE ROLE
We need a bilingual (Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred) content creator and strategist to own LAC social presence end-to-end. This person writes, films, edits, and publishes — 3 to 4 short-form videos a week in Spanish — while also managing our LAC creator network and keeping a finger on the pulse of what's working across our key corridors. They are an executor first, a strategist second, and they make content that actually looks and sounds like it belongs in the market.
WHAT THEY DO

• Launch and own en Español — Instagram, TikTok, Meta LAC, and YouTube Shorts, built from scratch with a clear voice and cadence. Support additional Regional Meta Pages per Global Meta Page structure: Guatemala as a start.
• Plan content calendar and strategy with oversight from Irene
• Create carousel content per platform best practices; outsource in batches to regional creators
• Film, edit, and publish 3–4 short-form videos per week using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent
• Source, brief, and manage a network of 8–12 LAC regional creators across priority corridors
• Support corridor-specific pushes as they come — Guatemala, Brazil send strategy, TapTapSend counter-content — content live within 7 days of any brief
• Monitor the competitive landscape, specifically TapTapSend, and flag when we need to respond
• Surface LAC audience signals back to the team weekly, and escalate urgent cases to CS
• Surface successful organic content to boost in paid campaigns

Compensation: $30/hour
