About the Role

We're looking for someone to help build one of the most recognizable and engaging brands in the prop trading industry.

This role is responsible for shaping how MFFU shows up across every customer touchpoint — from social media and video to our website, educational content, and community. You'll help connect business priorities with the content our traders actually want to consume, creating a more consistent, engaging brand experience across every channel.

This isn't a traditional social media manager or content manager role. We're looking for someone who understands how to build brands that people genuinely want to follow.

What You'll Own

Brand & Content Strategy

• Develop the overarching content strategy that connects our products, promotions, education, community, and brand into one cohesive story.
• Help shape how MFFU communicates across social, web, video, community, and other customer touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to create content that is timely, relevant, and meaningful to traders—not just promotional.

Social & Community Growth

• Provide strategic direction and coaching to our content creators and community team.
• Build repeatable content frameworks that increase engagement, conversation, and brand affinity.
• Stay deeply connected to trading culture, content trends, and the platforms where our customers spend their time.

Business-Driven Content

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Executive Leadership to turn business priorities into content people actually want to engage with.
• Help connect launches, promotions, product updates, market events, and customer insights into cohesive campaigns and storytelling.
• Ensure our content is educational, entertaining, and valuable—not just another advertisement.

Organic Brand Growth

• Partner with internal stakeholders and affiliate partners to strengthen MFFU's overall organic presence while keeping the focus on creating content that earns attention first.
• Help identify opportunities for new web content, educational resources, and thought leadership that strengthen the brand over time.

• MFFU becomes one of the most recognizable and talked-about brands in the prop trading industry.
• Our social channels feel authentic, engaging, and community-driven—not overly promotional.
• Our website content, social feeds, videos, and campaigns all feel like they come from the same brand.
• We consistently create content worth sharing, discussing, and amplifying through paid media.
• We build a repeatable content engine that supports both long-term brand growth and day-to-day marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has helped grow brands — not just social accounts.

Ideal candidates have experience:

• Building content strategies that drive both brand awareness and business growth.
• Growing business or brand social channels (not just personal creator accounts).
• Creating content that consistently earns engagement and organic reach.
• Understanding what resonates with online communities and how trends translate into business opportunities.
• Collaborating with creators, designers, video teams, and marketers to bring ideas to life.
• Balancing creativity with data and business objectives.

Bonus Points

• Experience in futures trading, prop firms, fintech, investing, sports betting, gaming, or similarly passionate online communities.
• Deep familiarity with X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms where traders spend time.
• Experience helping a startup or challenger brand build a loyal community.
• Understanding of how organic content and paid media work together to accelerate growth.
