Contents Division Manager – Multi-Location Operations

Disaster Restoration Industry | Regional Leadership Opportunity

Are you a high-level contents restoration leader who knows how to scale operations, lead teams, build systems, and drive profitability across multiple locations?

We are seeking an experienced Contents Division Manager to oversee and grow multi-location contents restoration operations for a rapidly expanding restoration organization. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands operational accountability, and can develop both people and process while driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Overseeing contents restoration operations across multiple branch locations
  • Managing and developing Contents Managers, Supervisors, Pack-Out Teams, Cleaning Technicians, and Warehouse personnel
  • Driving operational efficiency, profitability, workflow consistency, and KPI accountability
  • Creating and implementing SOPs, training systems, and operational best practices
  • Leading large-loss, CAT, residential, and commercial contents projects
  • Managing pack-outs, inventory systems, contents cleaning, storage, logistics, and return deliveries
  • Developing relationships with adjusters, TPAs, property managers, and referral partners
  • Collaborating with branch leadership, mitigation teams, reconstruction teams, and executive leadership
  • Monitoring budgets, margins, staffing, equipment, and production performance
  • Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and leadership development across all locations
  • Identifying opportunities for operational growth, market expansion, and increased revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of contents restoration leadership experience
  • Multi-location or regional management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Pack-outs
    • Contents cleaning
    • Textile/electronics restoration
    • Inventory systems
    • Warehouse operations
    • Large loss contents management
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing multiple teams and supervisors
  • Strong operational and financial mindset with experience improving profitability and efficiency
  • Business development and relationship-building experience preferred
  • Experience with restoration software platforms and inventory systems
  • Ability to lead in high-pressure and fast-moving restoration environments
