Role Description The Contents Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Silver Spring, MD, responsible for managing all content-related activities that support project communication, documentation, and client engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining clear written materials such as project summaries, proposals, client updates, and internal guidelines. The role oversees the organization of digital and physical content, ensuring that drawings, specifications, and reports are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project teams. The Contents Leader collaborates with project managers and leadership to standardize templates, improve documentation processes, and support training materials. This role also monitors content quality, aligns messaging with company standards, and helps communicate project milestones and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong professional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise project documentation and client communications.

• Experience organizing and managing digital and physical files, including version control for project documents, drawings, and reports.

• Proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, cloud storage systems).

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Understanding of or interest in construction and renovation processes; prior experience in construction, architecture, or related industries is beneficial.
