Contents Project Manager

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee contents operations, including pack-outs and inventories.
• Supervise employees and ensure trucks are loaded properly.
• Conduct on-site inspections of contents jobs.
• Estimate supplies and boxes needed for each job to ensure proper preparation.
• Schedule jobs and coordinate crews.
• Manage inventory and track contents throughout the process.
• Implement policies and procedures and ensure employees follow them.
• Help minimize lost, stolen, or damaged items and customer complaints.
• Understand insurance policies and contents-related claims.
• Request additional time from insurance carriers when needed.
• Assist with closing jobs and converting assignments into completed work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing contents operations and inventory.
• Proven ability to manage people, especially younger or less experienced employees.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong accountability and follow-through.
• Able to create and enforce processes and procedures.
• Comfortable being hands-on in the field while managing the overall operation.
• Familiarity with insurance claims, adjusters, and contents restoration is preferred.
• Prior experience in the role is preferred, but the hiring authority indicated that some aspects can be learned.
• Ability to drive a box truck is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $60,000–$75,000.
• Additional bonus potential tied to performance.
• Company Vehicle coming 
• Potential bonus factors include:
• • Keeping lost or damaged contents below a target percentage
  • Improving job completion and overall performance.
  • Generating revenue and helping close jobs, including organic leads.
