Contents Restoration Manager

Job Description:

What You’ll Do

• Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish
• Lead restoration crews and coordinate subcontractors
• Develop scopes of work and review estimates
• Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project
• Negotiate project scope and pricing approvals
• Schedule crews, equipment, materials, and resources
• Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects
• Maintain accurate job files, documentation, photos, and updates
• Monitor project expenses, equipment, and materials
• Ensure safe work practices and company standards are followed
• Recruit, train, and manage restoration personnel
• Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Continue developing leadership, management, and restoration expertise

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of operations experience
• 1+ years of contents experience
• Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, restoration, or construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of contents restoration and/or Encircle
• Experience working with both residential and commercial projects
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed

Compensation & Schedule

• $65k-70k base salary + commission (open to going higher for right person)
