Contingency Management CoordinatorThe Contingency Management Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration of Contingency Management (CM) process. This will include the implementation of this process as well as the fidelity monitoring of this ongoing program. They will oversee the entire Contingency Management process and administer the agency's contingency management treatment protocol called Incentive Manager (IM). They will be responsible for providing incentives and purchasing all required toxicology screening supplies to track protocol adherence.Non-Exempt, Full timeHourly Pay Range $26.44 - $28.85QUALIFICATIONSAssociates degree required and 3-5 years' experience in contingency management or a relevant field. Must complete a two-step readiness Assessment process conducted by DMHAS-University of Connecticut (UCONN) School of Medicine (SOM) Team. This includes Contingency Management training, and training on the Incentive Management System technology. Previous experience in contingency management preferred. Operational knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and MS Teams.Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer.
