Key Responsibilities:
Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects
Configure systems for day-to-day operations
Conduct user training and documentation
Collaborate with IT, automation teams, and stakeholders
Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred)
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Travel required based on client needs
Qualifications:
Experience in WMS, OMS, automation, and process optimization
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and quality systems
