JOB TITLE: Contingent Workforce Coordinator
LOCATION: Foster City, CA (hybrid- 3x a week onsite)
DURATION: 6+ months
RATE RANGE: $35.00 - $40.00/hr


About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join the Contingent Workforce team. This role will focus on interview scheduling and candidate coordination (approximately 60%), while also supporting contingent workforce administration and program operations (approximately 40%). This individual will partner closely with internal hiring teams and external vendors to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, including onsite, virtual, and phone interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, vendors, and CW Specialists to align interview schedules and timelines.
  • Manage communications related to interview logistics and scheduling changes.
  • Monitor scheduling activity to help ensure interview targets and timelines are met.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting recruiting, staffing, HR, or contingent workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, or workforce operations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems nice to have.
  • Experience with vendor management systems preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and remain professional under pressure.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both vendors and internal teams.
