We are seeking a Contingent Workforce & Procurement Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the contingent labor program and procurement activities. This role will manage contractor onboarding/offboarding, supplier coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder support across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, procurement operations, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, including requisitions, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding
Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and contractor engagement processes
Coordinate with HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Information Security teams to ensure compliance and approvals are completed
Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates before manager review
Maintain accurate contractor and supplier records
Support contingent labor supplier management and vendor coordination
Track contracts, supplier performance, and workforce-related documentation
Assist with sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement initiatives
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and vendor engagement processes
Ensure onboarding requirements, background checks, and documentation are completed prior to contractor start dates
Maintain audit-ready workforce records and compliance documentation
Support workforce reporting, tracking, and data accuracy initiatives
Escalate risks or process issues as needed
Utilize Workday for requisitions, onboarding, workforce tracking, and reporting
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experience
3 8 years of experience in contingent workforce management, procurement operations, HR operations, or vendor management
Experience working with staffing suppliers or contingent labor programs
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with contractor onboarding, compliance, and workforce tracking
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with Workday
Experience supporting procurement or sourcing operations
Familiarity with contract tracking and vendor compliance processes
