Role:Project Coordinator II

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Duration: 6+ Months

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator II to support global contingent workforce transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with Procurement, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to enable program delivery, standardisation of processes, and effective management of a global contingent workforce ecosystem.

You will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing data, supporting system migrations, and driving process consistency across regions.


Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

  • Support delivery of key transformation initiatives, including workforce program transitions and integrations
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
  • Assist with governance activities, status reporting, and PMO operations

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather and consolidate workforce data from regional stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Cleanse, validate, and maintain data accuracy in systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Create reports and insights to support strategic decisions

Process Documentation & Standardisation

  • Document current-state processes across geographies
  • Support design of future-state workflows and operating models
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation, including:
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Templates and user guides
    • Supplier frameworks and rate cards
  • Drive global alignment and adherence to policy frameworks

Systems & Migration Support

  • Support migration of contingent workforce data into systems such as VMS platforms and HRIS tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity during transitions
  • Assist with system adoption and post-implementation support

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams
  • Coordinate communications across global stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and data collection sessions
  • Support adoption and change management initiatives

Transition & Handover Support

  • Assist in transition activities, including data handovers and operational continuity
  • Work with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure seamless transitions

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
  • Support ongoing optimization of workforce programs
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into program improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
  • Strong data analysis and validation skills (advanced Excel proficiency)
  • Experience in process documentation, mapping, and standardisation
  • Project coordination or PMO experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Magnit)
  • Understanding of contingent workforce models (staff augmentation and SOW)
  • Exposure to system migrations or transformation programs
  • Experience working in global or multi-region environments
