Continuing Education Program Manager
Manage and oversee continuing education programs across a portfolio of conferences, webinars, and educational events. Coordinate accreditation applications, renewals, compliance requirements, credit tracking, participant fulfillment, and certificate issuance. Maintain CEU records, reporting, documentation, and operational workflows while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support program planning, delivery, participant communications, and customer inquiries. Monitor and optimize CEU systems, tracking tools, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Support the growth of continuing education offerings by enhancing participant engagement, evaluating program performance, and identifying new opportunities. Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience. 5-8 years of experience supporting continuing education, accreditation programs, professional development initiatives, events, or association operations. Familiarity with CEU, CPE, CLE, or other continuing education accreditation processes is highly desirable. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across teams. Detail-oriented and analytical, with experience tracking program performance, reporting, and process improvements. Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM, LMS, AMS, webinar, or event management systems is a plus.
