Description
The Continuous Improvement Analyst - Transaction Processing is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements across transaction processing operations. This role partners closely with business lines, technology teams, and operations leaders to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational knowledge of transaction processing (ACH, checks, payments, etc.) and a proven ability to analyze workflows, automate processes, and deliver measurable improvements.
Primary responsibilities include
Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities across Transaction Processing
Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis)
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and time studies to improve productivity and reduce cycle times
Partner with teams to design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions

Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Work Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, 4 days in office at our Riverside, RI office and 1 day from home
