As our Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager, youll champion quality, food safety, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives that directly impact safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. Youll partner across Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service to help our facility perform at its best every day

What Youll Own

Quality & Food Safety Excellence

• Lead all quality assurance, quality control, and food safety programs
• Drive compliance with customer requirements, GMPs, regulatory standards, and quality systems
• Lead audits, CAPA processes, customer complaint investigations, and corrective actions
• Analyze trends, eliminate recurring issues, and elevate customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers as a trusted quality leader

Continuous Improvement Leadership

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Facilitate Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement Workshops
• Deploy tools such as DMAIC, A3, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Whys, SPC, and FMEA
• Deliver measurable productivity improvements and sustainable cost savings
• Create a culture where employees actively participate in problem-solving and process improvement

People & Leadership Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders
• Train teams on Lean principles, quality systems, food safety, and problem-solving methodologies
• Build accountability, engagement, and a mindset of continuous growth
