Job Description

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve yields, and lower operational costs.

Develop and implement process controls that promote consistent product quality and operational reliability.

Partner with engineering and operations teams to establish efficient and scalable manufacturing methods.

Evaluate manufacturing processes, conduct testing, and implement process enhancements as needed.

Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Support Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) by assessing manufacturing impacts and implementation requirements.

Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements.

Utilize process analysis and simulation tools to evaluate manufacturing strategies and recommend improvements.

Communicate improvement plans and process changes to stakeholders across the business.

Provide training and guidance to employees on new processes, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence role.

Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Experience using data analysis and process optimization tools to drive measurable results.

Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Financial acumen with the ability to evaluate ROI and business impact of improvement initiatives.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Experience within a contract manufacturing environment is advantageous.
