Continuous Improvement Leader

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Continuous Improvement Leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leading organizational change, and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Develop and execute McLeod Software's continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities that improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead high-impact improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and root cause analysis sessions.

Coach & Influence

• Coach leaders and employees on continuous improvement principles, problem-solving techniques, and change management.
• Develop engaging training materials and facilitate workshops that build organizational capability.
• Influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority while fostering collaboration across departments.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a service, software, technology, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, logistics, transportation, or other technology-driven environments is a plus.
