Continuous Improvement ManagerTake ownership of enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives. Its operations are supported by modern facilities, experienced engineering teams, and a commitment to continuous investment in technology and processes. A strong emphasis is placed on quality, efficiency, and long-term customer partnerships.Job DescriptionLead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.Partner with plant leadership teams to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and structured problem-solving activities.Support the development and execution of site-specific improvement strategies and operational road maps.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify productivity and efficiency improvements.Standardize best practices and operating procedures across facilities.Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Coach leaders and employees on Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management practices.Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Daily Management systems.Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver measurable operational results.Track, report, and present improvement project outcomes to senior leadership.Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
