Continuous Improvement Manager

Salary: $140-170K

What your future day will look like:

• Lead value stream mapping initiatives identifying future-state opportunities.
• Drive lean improvements through process reviews and standardization efforts.
• Mentor associates on lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Partner with operations leaders to execute strategic improvement plans.
• Identify automation opportunities enhancing quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop business cases supporting long-term automation roadmaps.
• Track and report improvements across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Promote continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
• 7+ years in continuous improvement, preferably some in a leadership capacity
• Experience with Toyota Production System principles
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
• Ability to travel to other locations to support their continuous improvement activity
