You’ll set the cadence, standards, and follow-through that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People results.Key responsibilities include:- Deploy, govern, and sustain EOS: tiered daily management boards, KPI architecture/dashboards, visual management, Kaizen, maturity assessments, and roadmap execution- Lead cost productivity initiatives; build and manage the savings pipeline; partner with Finance to validate P&L impact- Standardize KPI definitions, protect data integrity, and drive countermeasures aligned from daily boards through MBRs- Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, line balancing)- Build problem-solving capability and influence leaders without formal authorityQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related)- Lean Sigma training/certification (or equivalent)- 7+ years manufacturing/operations; 3+ years CI/OEApply if you can deliver sustained results with rigor and accountability.Benefits PackageMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage; Life Insurance; HSA/FSA options; Paid Time Off and Vacation; Snack/Drink Room; Employee Discounts; Employee Profit Share Program; 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Program.
