This is a newly created strategic leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement and business performance across multiple functions and striving for operational excellence company wide.

Within the role you will take ownership for shaping operational performance, with a key focus on driving performance improvement across all areas of production, embedding lean manufacturing processes, improving quality standards, and identifying all opportunities for systemic improvement opportunities within a complex manufacturing environment.

Reporting into the Operations Director, this role would suit a senior leader with a background in engineering or manufacturing, looking to make a significant impact in a reputable, growing, international business.

The Role:

The Candidate:
* Experienced, senior leader within engineering or manufacturing
* Lean Six Sigma beneficial
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar
* Commutable to Bristol
