This is a newly created strategic leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational transformation and business performance across multiple functions.

Within the role you will take ownership for shaping operational performance, with a key focus on driving performance improvement across all areas of production, embedding lean manufacturing processes, improving quality standards, and identifying all opportunities for systemic improvement opportunities within a complex manufacturing environment.
Reporting directly into the CEO, this role would suit a senior leader with a background in engineering or manufacturing, looking to make a significant impact in a reputable, growing, international business.

The Role:

The Candidate:
* Experienced, senior leader within engineering or manufacturing
* Lean Six Sigma beneficial
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar
* Commutable to Bristol
