Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the organization.
• Support the gathering and analysis of data related to performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for improvement initiatives.
• Document processes and create visual aids that help illustrate workflow enhancements.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmarking data.
• Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in continuous improvement methodologies.
