Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Certifications Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed experience
  • CAH (Critical Access Hospital) experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure settings

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and patient advising skills
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and patient care responsibilities
  • Flexibility to rotate between shifts, including weekends
