Contract Administrator

Join a growing team supporting the review, administration, and processing of commercial contracts across a dynamic organization. This is a hybrid role once you have completed training (3 days in Tulsa, 2 day remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, route, and maintain contracts and legal documents

• Support agreements related to technology, operations, consulting, and vendor services

• Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards

• Coordinate approvals, certificates of insurance, and vendor documentation

• Maintain contract records within contract management systems

• Assist with contract negotiations and escalate non-standard terms as needed

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract processes

Qualifications:

• Experience with contract administration, legal support, procurement, or commercial agreements

• Knowledge of contract terms, compliance requirements, and document management

• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

• Formal education in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $32.00 per hour
