Contract Administrator
Location: Baltimore MD
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Salary Range: $100k-$130k

Position Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead construction phase services for commercial MEP projects. The role includes reviewing submittals, managing RFIs and change orders, coordinating field observations, and performing project close-out. Candidates must have a strong understanding of contract documents and be comfortable navigating active job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and punch list coordination
- Perform site visits and field observations
- Lead construction meetings and represent the owner as needed
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Review and process change orders and project documentation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in contract administration or construction project management
- Familiarity with MEP systems and building construction practices
- Licensure or CSI accreditation preferred
- Proficient with documentation tools (Newforma preferred)
- Comfortable with regular site visits and occasional travel
