Job Title: Contract Administrator/Paralegal

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site/2 remote after 30-day training period

Pay Rate: $34-$37/hr.

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a mission-driven organization to identify a Contract Manager / Legal Operations Specialist to support its legal and risk management functions. This position will partner closely with the General Counsel and serve as a key resource for contract review, risk assessment, legal operations, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and manage a variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliation agreements, SaaS agreements, and revenue-generating contracts
  • Identify contractual risks and recommend revisions or escalation when appropriate
  • Manage contracts throughout the lifecycle, including intake, tracking, revisions, approvals, and execution
  • Support efforts to reduce reliance on outside counsel by handling routine contract review and issue spotting internally
  • Coordinate certificates of insurance and assist with organizational risk management processes
  • Support insurance claims, policy renewals, and broader risk mitigation initiatives
  • Maintain contract databases, legal records, and document management systems
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research and assist with compliance-related projects
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and monitor legal spend when external support is required
  • Assist with policy management, governance, and other compliance initiatives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, paralegal, contract administration, or related legal support roles
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements
  • Strong ability to identify contractual risk and recommend practical solutions
  • Experience supporting risk management, insurance, compliance, or regulatory initiatives is a plus
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management and document management systems
  • Experience with Agiloft is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
