Job Details

A growing professional services and infrastructure consulting organization is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for an early to mid-level professional looking to build upon their contracts, legal support, or procurement experience within a collaborative and stable organization.

The position will work closely with legal, operations, finance, and project teams to support the administration and coordination of commercial agreements and internal contract processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing, reviewing, revising, and organizing contracts and related documents
Track contract status, renewals, amendments, and key deadlines
Maintain contract records and internal databases
Coordinate with internal departments regarding contract requirements and approvals
Support vendor agreements, NDAs, subcontract agreements, and client contracts
Help ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
Provide general administrative and operational support to the contracts/legal function

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, procurement, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
