Contract Administrator

Location: Lake Forest, IL
Pay Rate: $24.50 $25.00/hour
Contract Length: 6+ months

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support address management, rebate processing, and rebate system testing. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and able to perform basic calculations and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer address records, including annual address checks.
• Validate customer information related to invoice-based rebate checks.
• Assist with tracking and mailing rebate checks.
• Perform simple manual rebate calculations for programs with straightforward discount structures.
• Support rebate engine testing by running reports and validating test data.
• Compare rebate engine results against reports to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies found during testing.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic calculations.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with established processes and procedures.
• Previous administrative, contract, rebate, or data-processing experience is helpful.
