The Panther Group is seeking a Contract Administrator for a temporary, part-time opportunity supporting a prestigious university in Boston, MA.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in contract administration, legal support, procurement, or related administrative functions who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and tracking of contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Utilize contract management and business systems, including Workday, DocuSign, and other contract management platforms.
  • Coordinate contract reviews and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Facilitate contract routing and signature collection processes.
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and assist internal stakeholders with contract requests.
  • Create, maintain, and verify contract records and associated data.
  • Prepare and draft agreements using approved templates.
  • Perform quality control reviews and assist with contract management processes.
  • Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.

Preferred:
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, compliance, or a related field.
  • Paralegal experience or familiarity with contract drafting, review, and administration.
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Customer-service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay up to $23.57 per hour DOE
