Position SummaryServes as the single, designated point of contact between PFS and the District for day-to-day coordination of the Medical Record Review and Consultative Examination (CE) contract. Owns overall contract performance, escalation handling, and coordination across scheduling, billing, and compliance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all daily activities between PFS and the District's Disability Claim Examiners and Contracting Officer's Representative.Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues, including billing questions and kept/broken/cancelled appointment matters.Function as the Key Personnel contact identified in the proposal as responsible for coordinating services between the District and PFS.Monitor overall contract deliverable timeliness (2-hour record review turnaround, 10/14-day CE report turnaround) and intervene when performance is at risk.Interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contract Administrator (CA) on contract administration matters, invoicing status, and deliverable disapprovals.Coordinate corrective action and resubmission of any deliverable disapproved by the District within the required 14-business-day window.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years managing government or healthcare services contracts.Strong working knowledge of SSA disability determination processes preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with government contracting staff.Background Check and Drug Screen DisclosureAs part of our hiring process, PFS may conduct a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Background Check:You consent to Professional Facility Services conducting a background check, which may include verification of your employment history, education, criminal record, and other relevant information.Drug Screening:You agree to undergo periodic drug testing as part of the employment process at the discretion of Professional Facility Services.
