Join a collaborative healthcare organization where your expertise in contract administration will directly support enterprise operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contract Analyst to manage and maintain a complex contract portfolio while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the organization's Contract Management Information System (CMIS).
In this role, you will partner closely with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Contract Managers to review, organize, and maintain executed contracts, including GPO, professional services, administrative services, and other commercial agreements. You will ensure all required documentation is complete before contracts are entered into the CMIS, maintain contract records, manage contract categorizations, and proactively monitor upcoming contract expirations.
You will also serve as a key resource for contract governance by providing guidance on contract management standards, supporting cross-functional stakeholders, and helping maintain consistent contract administration processes across the enterprise.
What We're Looking For:
Experience administering contracts in a healthcare environment.
Experience working with CMC (Contracts Management Council)
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and document control.
Experience working with Contract Management Systems (CMIS/CLM platforms preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
High school diploma required (proof of education required); additional education or contract management experience is a plus.
