Team/Position Summary: Within Nintendo of America''s (NOA) Consumer Marketing department, the Advertising team provides guidance and oversight on NOA-US campaign related go-to-market creative strategies and the planning, development, and execution of paid advertising efforts focused on creating mass awareness and general excitement for the Nintendo brand and its products. This CONRACT - Advertising Manager will lead the day-to-day operational needs required to execute full-funnel advertising campaigns for the US with responsibility for the creative development, production management, and resource management related to advertising campaign execution.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Drives the development and execution of annual, quarterly, and launch-related advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Supports the Sr Manager, Advertising and Sr Director, Advertising in facilitating the advertising creative process for priority advertising campaigns from concept development and creative review to execution and final approvals.
• Works cross-functionally with internal NOA marketing teams to ensure consumer campaigns have an integrated approach and consistent messaging.
• Oversees agency partners in the development and production of advertising and digital creative.
• Manages production of all creative including budgets, timelines and onsite supervision of commercial shoots.
• Manage the end-to-end creative review and approval process by coordinating submissions through internal workflow tools, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, documenting feedback, and tracking approvals against project timelines.
• Communicates and collaborates with global partners (Nintendo Co., Ltd., Nintendo of Canada, Nintendo of Latin America, Nintendo of Europe) with regard to regional and/or worldwide mobile product campaign overlap.
• Supports complex and high priority launch campaigns, including the initial creative/media brief development, campaign management and creative deployment.
• Ensures campaigns are launched, delivered as planned, and quality conforms to NOA standards (i.e. legal/ESRB compliance, etc.).
• Responsible for budget tracking.
• Prepares presentations summarizing campaign strategy, creative, key performance metrics, and actionable findings as needed.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 years of related advertising and/or marketing experience.
• Extensive experience in managing production of full funnel campaigns including video, digital and OOH.
• Expert organizational ability and leadership skills to coordinate large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage advertising agencies, and production companies.
• Extensive experience managing advertising creative production.
• Experience managing and leading teams while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• PC skills (Windows, Word and Excel preferred).
• Agency experience or agency management experience required.
• Experience in, or professional knowledge of, the video game and entertainment industries preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.

This contract position includes the base pay range listed below and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits include eligibility for medical insurance, employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.

Pay Range:

$65-$85 USD
