Location: Canonsburg, PA
Schedule: Hybrid – Monday and Friday work from home, Tuesday through Thursday in office
Hours: 40 per week (8 per day)
Pay Rate: $36/hr
The Contract Analyst is responsible for the quality assurance of contracts and related document deliverables. This role focuses on reviewing already negotiated agreements for accuracy, ensuring terms align with organizational requirements, and minimizing contractual risks. This is a production-based role that requires the review of approximately 12 agreements per day. No legal negotiations are required, and a JD is not necessary.
Review and analyze contract language to ensure legal sufficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business expectations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide supplemental documentation, ensuring timely contract execution and improved customer service.
Manage multiple contract deliverables and documentation requirements.
Coordinate special projects, analyze quality exceptions, and partner with business teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance processes.
Prioritize and manage workflow through effective project management and communication.
Conduct periodic reviews of systems and procedures to identify performance gaps and recommend enhancements.
Advocate for process improvements to reduce risk, strengthen deliverables, and improve customer experience.
Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a high level of customer service.
Strong knowledge of contract law and interpretation.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication across multiple organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and database systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in data gathering and analysis.
Prior experience reviewing or developing contracts, with preference for real estate contracts in a production environment.
Background in audit, quality control, or project management is a plus.
