Responsible for the preparation, analysis and negotiation of high voltage electric transmission system and power delivery contracts. Develops, researches, negotiates, coordinates, and executes power contracts with responsibility for the long or short-term administration and management of such contracts and agreements. Ensures compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission related to contract filings and administration. Demonstrates deep risk management acumen regarding terms and conditions in contracts to ensure the protection of Tri-State and its member system/distribution cooperative owners.
Note: There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Contract Analyst I; job grade 7; Contract Analyst II, job grade 8; Contract Analyst III; job grade 9 or Senior Contract Analyst; job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
