Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Service & Support Analyst to review customer contract redlines, service agreements, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations. The role works closely with Sales, Contracts, Service Operations, and Technical teams to assess risk, ensure compliance, evaluate product eligibility for support renewals, and provide accurate contract recommendations.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of commercial contracting, customer support, or service administration experience
  • Strong contract review and analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer contract redlines and support agreements
  • Analyze service terms, SLAs, warranties, and compliance requirements
  • Validate product serial numbers, SKUs, configurations, and lifecycle status
  • Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Technical, and Service teams
  • Support contract renewals and entitlement setup
  • Maintain contract documentation and reporting
