Compensation

Regenis is looking for a talented Contract and Compliance Manager to join the team full-time. This position pays $110k - 125k per year depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Contract and Compliance Manager will work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Regenis projects meet all labor, contractual and document substantiation requirements for operational teams. They will provide effective leadership and supervision to the Project Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with project managers for review of owner/customer contracts.
  • Review redline revisions and identify non-conforming terms, insurance deficiencies and other gaps.
  • Establish a process for document management, COI’s (Certificate of Insurance), internal setup of job tracking, supporting document flow and management.
  • Own the communication of pertinent information to internal and external teams.
  • Partner with project managers for initiating subcontracts and facilitating flow of information through to successful subcontract execution.
  • Manage COI’s for subcontractors and other compliance and contract items, to include change orders, additional work orders or other scope changes.
  • Reject subcontractor onboarding for incomplete or non-conforming documentation and partner with project managers for resolution.
  • Source payroll documentation from Regenis accounting team as well as subcontractors.
  • Own the relationship between customers, customer representatives, Regenis and subcontractors for coordination of payroll and labor compliance – to include compilation of subcontractor invoices and execution of information and data flow.
  • Identify, reject and resolve incomplete submittals.
  • Effective partnership with stakeholders throughout the organization, customers and subcontractors.
  • Effective and professional organization and communication is a must.
  • Escalate unresolved compliance failures and repeated deficiencies timely for resolution and recommendations.
  • Supervise one direct report, a Project Administrator.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of contract structure, language, subcontract administration, including an ability to read, interpret and apply contract terms and identify risk
  • Minimum of 5 years in compliance, construction or a related field
  • Experience in certified payroll compliance (Davis Bacon and state)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Location

This position will be based at the Company's Lynden, Washington office.
